You must be someone who can work at pace to develop creative and innovative social media solutions for specific marketing challenges
Key areas of focus:
Strategy: Working with our buying department, marketing, online and PR teams, you will generate content and copy across each social media channel based on the brief. Using your knowledge of the digital and fashion world and how you tell a story that engages our core demographic. You will be responsible for generating hard data, results and insights and translating these findings into actionable recommendations for the business.
Content development and publishing: Working as a copy writer and story teller to meet business objectives and being able to inject tone of voice into content will be pivotal. You will also assist with creation and implementation of the social elements of wider digital/integrated marketing campaigns ie Xmas, Denim campaigns, etc. You don't wait to be briefed you leap what we could be doing next in your down time and present ideas whenever you can get the forum.

Build It is creative digital agency based in Enmore. We operate on the ground
floor of a 1905 Victorian terrace and while the building has been described as
many things, everyone agrees it’s an incredibly creative space and work
in 2001, we work most commonly with small and medium businesses helping them
establish a world class digital presence through branding, UX and web design / development.
We also help them further that presence through digital strategy and online
looking for a dynamic senior designer to join our team. Your
role will see you working alongside our Managing Director as a single point of
contact on all major projects and client facing when and where required. The
role will be varied and hands on so expect to be designing as well as managing
a multitude of projects.
Basic requirements are:
A minimum of 5-6 years in a studio role(s) as
either a graphic designer or web designer
Strong conceptual skills as a designer. Think
branding but also UX / UI
fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS
with Wordpress front end and styling
verbal and written communication skills as well as high level interpersonal
all else a true passion for digital and design
