Directors Assistant / Runner in our Sydney office.
Being part of a team, you will be researching, image-sourcing & creating
treatments for high-end TVC campaigns, storyboard and wardrobe documents,
sourcing references, and other tasks during pre-production.
While experience is desirable but not essential, what is important is a
creative visual eye, a problem solving mind, and a great capacity for communicating

can work in a team whilst being autonomous; has attention to detail; works well
to deadlines; has the ability to work under pressure and be able to deliver to
a high standard. Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Final Cut are essential, as
is a great knowledge of movies and a designer's eye.
The dual role includes Runner responsibilities. General duties will
include helping deliver and pickup gear/rushes or packages. As well as picking

Media Production Manager
FMA are looking for a Production Manager
for the Digital Media Department, for an immediate start in the Sydney Office. The
ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of all things digital, and a
thorough knowledge of the television production process. The duties include,
but are not limited to:
Working alongside Head of
Digital & Social Content, in the day to day production management of
department (5 core staff plus freelancers, up to 10 depending on productions).
Writing budgets and running
cost reports for all approved budgets.
Tracking core staff working
hours and working with Accountant to recharge across productions.
Weekly payrolls for all
Prep agenda & run weekly
WIP, then distribute minutes.
Management of financial aspects
– approving purchase orders, staff expenses, credit card reconciliations.
Writing production and edit
schedules for all digital productions, and hiring freelance staff as required.
Production Managing the digital
slate across the year
Tracking of all department
equipment and working with Post regarding any upgrades of additional equipment
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Specific Experience/Skills Required:
5+ years relevant industry experience
Experience working in digital media
Excellent verbal and written
Experience working with Excel
