Reporting to Office Manager for any relevant duties
Keep office, meeting rooms and kitchen tidy, including collecting newspapers, filling/emptying the dishwasher, checking milk/beer/wine freshness, re-stocking refrigerator, etc
Ensure the office is a clean and comfortable environment for staff and visitors
May involve fetching and carrying items from out of the office
Making and handing out tea, coffee and lunches
Use own initiative, manage their own workload effectively and be flexible to offer help where needed.
Good communication skills and ability to multitask
Skilled in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
