McCartney Design is seeking a confident, energetic and highly organised Studio Assistant to work in our busy creative studio - please note this is not a design role.
You have 3-4 years previous experience working in an administrative role in a graphic and/or interior design studio. You are used to a dynamic and changing environment with a varied mix of design projects for prestigious national clients. You are a positive and outgoing person who is willing to pitch in as part of a team, and willing to learn some new skills.
You will report directly to the Client Service Manager but will also support the Senior Design team.

The role is hands-on, client-facing and you will managing the process from brief through to delivery. You will have excellent attention to detail which has been developed from your 3-5 years in a design studio or a production house.
The foundation phase of the business
has focused on Press/DM and Outdoor and currently we now have briefs to produce
localised campaign material across radio, TV and digital including eDMs, online
display advertising including Facebook/Social media channels.
Throughout campaign periods other
management tasks will include, but are not limited to :-
Day to Day
client management & relationship building
of transactions through the Marketing Hub
materials against the project timeline & managing overall campaign delivery
Running ‘Offline’ press campaigns
Creating Marketing Hub Proofs for online Approvals & Management of
Templates to the Digital Template developers
reporting client meetings
material assets and content on Marketing Hub
campaign offers & legal copy on system
data entry (Includes relevant Meta-date tags for all materials)
Control - includes system build of actual templates & checking procedures
