to the Company Director & working closely with the Brand Manager this role
is a challenging & dynamic position which enables the candidate to explore
their design capabilities, learn from established partner agencies and
professionals & play an integral part in the creative process through
development & execution of
innovative visual/digital strategies.

will work closely with Brand Manager & Directors to both develop &
execute carefully targeted digital campaigns, EDMs and strategies with a key
KPI to deliver increased sales and database reach.

campaign shoots, retouching images, collaborating with the fashion designers to
develop fresh and inspirational book designs
FARAGE’s social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
digital campaigns to run in hotel lobbies, airports, corporate buildings
Merchandising and Seasonal Window Display concepts & execution.
Represent Farage at various events with the Brand Manager
(occasionally outside of business hours)
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Intermediate – Advanced Adobe Indesign, Photoshop,
Knowledge of Adobe Flash skills would be an asset
Intermediate – Advanced retouching and photography
Highly developed design skills
Demonstrated creativity and conceptual design skills
for the relevant customer groups
Excellent attention to detail
Admin skills essential
Copy writing skills would be an asset
Advanced communication skills (articulates well via
phone, email and meetings)
Good reporting skills
Team player ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight
deadlines and work well under pressure

About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role you will,Have experience in generating creative concepts for marketing/advertising campaigns and publications.Have a diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline and at least a minimum of 4 years work-related experience, OR a Degree qualification with at least 2 years relevant experience.Have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat software for Mac and preferably digital design skills.

key leadership role in the Oz Games Studio’s art group and plays an important creative
role in the global business responsible for the conceptualization, production
and delivery of best in class gaming art, animation and sound packages.

between the various individual inputs
Understand and translate game specifications and other inputs such as
market requirements into effective production plans
Make decisions about visual elements, styles and where and how to use
Create packages that appeal to target audiences
Tertiary qualifications in Animation, Illustration, Graphic art, Art
Production or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years + in professional Art production roles with proven
