In this role, you will also work across our partner sites Last.fm, The Hype Machine, Pitchfork and NME, and with our Agency team who work with some of the world’s biggest brands in creating original, compelling communication platforms.
This is a great opportunity to work with both our Marketing and Agency divisions in translating creative briefs into progressive, market leading visual solutions for both internal and external clients. The role demands strong creativity, however an understanding of multiple design disciplines, solid project management skills and previous success working effectively within client / brand guidelines will be key.
Reporting through to our Creative Director, you'll have a strong level of conceptual thinking, impressive finished art skills, a great eye for detail, strong typographical skills, the ability to traffic manage, work efficiently and independently and be able to liaise with production and print houses taking work from brief to print. You'll also be able to churn out banners, EDM's and interstitials with your eyes closed.
A minimum of 3 years agency experience is preferred with advanced InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat skills. Previous exposure to html / css and Flash will be important. Knowledge of both print and digital media will be an advantage.
