Mid-Weight, Full-Time Copy Writer

The right candidate will support and work collaboratively as a team with the head Art Director.
We need someone who can confidently carry a creative project from start to finish, but even more importantly – we need a conceptual and strategic thinker who can bring insightful and exciting ideas to the table. Adaptability in writing style and technique for digital and print mediums/channels is essential.
We have a diverse range of clients, so overall the work will be varied and interesting, but in many cases the subject matter may be dry. Enter visionary copywriter! The right candidate will be able to turn any subject matter into a piece of art because they will see opportunity in every client and project.
The work in a nut shell:
The most challenging (and rewarding) aspect to the role is corporate writing for material such as company profiles, sales aids, and websites. This kind of writing requires a mature and business minded individual who can easily jump into a more conservative style where required. The day-to-day work will also include SEO article writing and management which the right candidate will be able to manage “standing on their head".
Ideal experience and skills:
• 3+ years experience copywriting in an agency or marketing environment
• Exceptional writing skills (that’s a given!)
• Proven SEO expertise
• A meticulous attention to detail
• Great research skills
• Comfortable copywriting for a diverse range of clients such as building companies, law firms, and health clubs to name but a few
• The ability to work independently and be a team player
• A proactive, positive attitude is absolutely essential.
