BInvested is Australia's leading property investment group, developed for investors by investors, BUT we are not your average, normal property investment company.
We were founded by two young, top-gun property investors Nathan Birch (who has over 200 properties in his portfolio) and Daniel Young (has over 70 properties in his portfolio), who set out with the specific goal of helping others achieve their financial independence through property investment. Choosing to surround themselves with ambitious people of a similar property investment mindset, today our awesome family of 9 companies includes passionate and successful property investors, accountants, solicitors, finance providers and property managers.

Strategic Planning Team in planning, executing and managing results-driven

We're looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to hit the ground running with a small team working on an innovative and quickly evolving product.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will utilising your marketing expertise deliver outstanding digital marketing campaigns to exponentially grow Honcho’s already fast growing customer base.
You must be highly results orientated and obsessed with conversion rates, analytics and user experience.
Your core skills include online lead generation, inbound marketing, email and display marketing, affiliate marketing, revenue generation and marketing automation.
Your responsibilities include:
Contribute to the annual marketing plan and delivering against commercial and strategic objectives
Implement robust user acquisition campaigns using all digital marketing channels and third-party technologies and platforms
Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
Help establish growth and customer acquisition metrics (LTV, CAC across different segmentation)
Understand direct-response marketing best practices and can design, execute and report on A/B and multivariate user tests
Identify trends and insights, and optimized spend and performance based on the insights
Use Google Analytics, KissMetrics, Optimizely or other website optimisation and event-based analytics tools
Be ahead of the curve with the latest best practices in growth marketing and metrics of success
Use data to tell stories, transform complex tables into insightful and easy to read visualisations
What you bring to the team
Strong strategic thinking skills, an analytical mind and an innate ability to ‘make things happen’
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Data analytics coupled with a minimum five years’ demonstrated digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
Best-in-class communications, robust stakeholder management and a commitment to ensuring multiple digital initiatives are successfully implemented on time and on budget
Strong history in eCommerce / CRM / acquisition marketing strategy;
Data analytics and digital marketing experience, preferably with a startup
Great time management and the ability to prioritiseConfidence to operate in a quickly changing environment
