Network TEN Sydney currently has a vacancy for a Senior Broadcast
Designer to join the On-Air Promotions team.
This role will give YOU the opportunity to create broadcast graphics for
the Promos Team. This role will see you
participate in the process of day to day creative and the opportunity to
actively seek ways to maintain & improve the network channel brands: Ten,
Eleven, One. More specifically you will
work with the Network Art Director and design team to premium quality motion
graphics and visual effects for the network’s on-air promos and branding.
The ideal applicant for this role will come in at a senior level with
a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the
TV/broadcast industry, an excellent eye for animation, typography and
detail. You will have highly developed
skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D and
demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude working collaboratively and
autonomously on projects.
A Bachelors of Design or equivalent and more specifically prior
collaboration working with 3D designers/animators and cinema 4D skills will be

Your role will include:
-Working with clients on a daily basis to establish their social media strategy and needs and support their overall marketing activity
-Social media content creation, including design, copywriting and photography
-Content curation to ensure all content has a powerful tone of voice and achieves KPI's
-Optimising content and posting social media content across multiple social media channels
-Community management and growing social media communities
-Analysing social media activity and ensuring it is hitting client KPI's
The right individual will have:
-Experience working in social media and managing multiple communities (6+ months preferred)
-Design experience and a feel for design aesthetic, preferably with a basic knowledge of Photoshop
-Copywriting skills and social media content creation experience
-Ability to communicate seamlessly with clients and team members of all levels
-Have a proven capability successfully working toward tight deadlines
-Strong understanding of how social media integrates with an overall marketing strategy
-Experience working with food/drinks/fmcg clients preferred
-Knowledge and experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook Ads
-Slight obsession with online trends, viral content and Reddit and a keen eye for developing content that gets engagement while also communicating a brands message
-Must know how to use a mac computer, and be comfortable using all office suite programs (including excel)
-Positive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges and innovate
-Successful communicator between clients and internally, well spoken, honest and transparent
-Thrive on tight deadlines and self motivated
-Ability to organise your own tasks and calendar to ensure work gets done in a timely manner
