Junior Graphic Designer/Production Assistant

Marsh Media is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. Applicants must be studying, or have studied, graphic design and / or have account management experience in a creative environment.
Marsh Media is a print and design agency specialising in the entertainment, arts and hospitality industries. We are efficient, creative and thorough with a personal approach to our clients. We provide our customers with a complete end-to-end solution encompassing Design and Print for a wide range of Design, Print, Signage and Marketing services.
This position will be split in to two roles – Account Management and Design. A large part of your role will involve looking after our clients (Account Management) i.e. booking in jobs, communicating with suppliers and ensuring all projects are running to schedule.
We offer a great team with exciting and challenging designs. You will also work alongside our designers, print operators and installers assisting with various branding, advertising and print campaigns to be applied to (but not limited to) signs, posters, promotional flyers and materials, collateral.
As a bonus we have our own digital printers onsite so you will learn invaluable skills and knowledge in digital pre-press and print production processes.
P.S. we also provide trade digital printing and signage services to designers and print resellers!
We would expect you to have/be:
• Superior organisational and communication skills
• A positive and friendly personality
• Mature attitude and understanding of small business needs
• A high level of creative confidence, stylistic insight & the flexibility to apply ideas across multiple mediums
• A portfolio of samples of creative work completed during your course or for other organisations if applicable
This role is full-time. If you cannot commit to working Monday to Friday please do not apply.
