CORN+CELESTE is a small and new Interior Design firm - but growing very quickly!

With some great new accounts on the go CORN+CELESTE is looking for an intern/graduate Interior Designer with strong drafting skills or Draftperson with a creative flair for interiors to join the team.

We are only able to offer one or two days a week - or flexible hourly work at present but as we grow so will the role!

We are looking for someone special - with a natural eye for our craft and impeccable taste. You will be a motivated, confident and hardworking self-starter with a keenness to learn and be a part of a small practice.

Tasks will include but will not be limited to:

- FF+E Sourcing and Scheduling;
- Design Collaboration;
- Client Communication and Account Management
Exposure;
- ArchiCAD drafting;
- SketchUp presentation;
- Ideation Sketching;
- Professional Communication via phone and email
correspondence; and
- Support for Principal.

A knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator on Mac will be essential.

With a true emphasis on client/designer collaboration, projects usually offer a form follows function approach with the design aesthetic becoming responsive to contextual resolution and client contribution.

Design inspiration is taken from a sincerely ‘global edit’ with colour, texture, form and pattern referenced with an innate sense of style.
