With the exciting news of the launch of the BMF Studios in Chippendale, we are looking for a world class Head of Studio to lead the operation.
Along with our vision to be one of the world’s most influential creative companies, BMF is continually looking to evolve and grow. This studio highlights our ability to be nimble and agile in this ever-changing Australian market.
This is an amazing opportunity for a standout Head of Studio to firmly set their career on an upward trajectory.
You will have previously run a fully operational studio (10 or more people), leading a team of Photographers, Producers and Retouchers.
You are definitely commercially minded and comfortable running your own P&L and implementing organisational systems and processes.
Must haves:
• Extensive experience in a fast paced studio environment
• Extensive experience with stock management, planning of studios, set ups and shoots
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A business mind with a creative slant
• A good sense of humour.
