Working in our Sydney head office and reporting to two of Australia’s leading designers, Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy, we are looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience working in a production environment and working in the design and development stages of new products
• Takes direction well, is organised, efficient and methodical
• Is experienced with sourcing and costing
• Can work to tight deadlines whilst being flexible and responsive to evolving demands
• Is excellent at managing teams and solving creative problems
• Has an eye for detail, colour and great design in resin and metal jewellery and homewares
• Comfortable being in resin casting, silicone moulding and silver production workshops during the course of daily duties
• Has knowledge of various jewellery and homewares production techniques
