Head of CG - Commercials

Iloura is currently seeking a Head of CG to lead our Commercials team at our Melbourne office.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and attributes:
· The proven talent to convert a creative brief into a solid visual story
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience operating at a senior level
· Demonstrate leadership, stability and a strategic mindset
· Confidently assign tasks to, manage and lead, the CG team
· Oversee multiple projects at any given time
· Collaborate with the Iloura Producers and VFX team
· Solid understanding of the CG/VFX workflow
· Minimum 5 years proven experience as a senior CG artist – Prior Head of Dept experience a definite advantage
· Expert in 3DMAX and/or MAYA and V-Ray
· Solid understanding of NUKE
· Be proactive along with a problem solving attitude
· Be responsible for meeting project deadlines
This is a full-time position based in South Melbourne.
