The Factual Channels Group, a part of FOXTEL NETWORKS, are looking for an experienced and talented Head Broadcast Designer / Design Manager with the right attitude, aptitude and motivation to lead the Factual Channels' design team in producing the highest quality, animated and static 2D/3D designs.They need to be an exceptionally creative leader with experience and passion in channel branding and design.
The position involves working with the Creative Directors, Creative Teams and Marketing on the ongoing possibilities of the brands. Other requirements will be heading the design department and team of designers to determine job specification & timeframes including deadlines, resource requirements, costs and brand standards. In addition to this you must have the ability to multi-task and work within tight time & budget constraints.
The successful candidate will work as a senior member of the channel Creative team, providing support, guidance and experience to more junior members to ensure all work is delivered on time and on-brand.
Experience within a production environment using the Mac OSX operating system is essential along with a flawless understanding of Adobe After effects, Illustrator & Photoshop. Cinema 4D experience is a plus but not essential.
Previous design experience producing associated Marketing print/online collateral would also be an advantage.
Exposure in a Broadcast Promotions environment will be highly regarded.
