Graphic Designer (News) Casual

Sydney, New South Wales

The Creative Services team at SBS provides design solutions for all SBS platforms in a way that reflects the SBS brand, whilst maintaining the highest standards of design and innovation.

The graphics team generates daily news graphics for the SBS News and Current Affairs department, including flagship daily news, World News Australia. You will be required to take briefs from producers, discuss suitable solutions and execute your ideas to deadline, keeping in line with the SBS brand guidelines.

Your proven ability to draw insight from international current affairs and news will be an advantage, as will your exceptional skills and artistic talent, as demonstrated in your portfolio.

This casual role will be required to work rostered shifts, including weekends and evenings. There may be on average four shifts per fortnight, or more during peak periods.
