that wishes to expand their skill set into motion graphics and become
part of our growing marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to
work within a studio environment working on unique motion graphic content
and gain invaluable training within the field.
We have an extensive client base who
want innovative, attention-grabbing animations to promote their businesses. We
need someone who has creative super-powers (cape and red pants not essential)
and strong technical skills (Adobe Creative suite) to deliver to clients’ needs
on time, every time. Based at our Burleigh office, you also need to have an
enthusiastic, flexible attitude, a love of teamwork and bad jokes.
qualifications in graphic design.
experience and/or sound knowledge of marketing theory.
knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

We’re looking for a passionate, conceptual Senior Designer/Illustrator based in Sydney who can develop and guide design in the Hoyne studio on a daily basis, providing hands on direction across multiple projects as assigned by the Design Director.
We want someone who has the ability coach junior and mid designers and provide support to the Design Director, providing high-quality creative briefing and project support, ensuring creative is developed within the scope of the brief.
You will be a motivated self-starter keen to push your ideas further and make them a reality. You will be able to demonstrate your experience taking a raw idea, crafting it and realising it across several branded applications.

What you’ll be doing…
The Senior Designer will be heavily involved in brochure and editorial design as well as brand identity design and rollout. In addition to the above, you will be expected to:Support the Account Service team in managing workflowReview work-in-progress with the Design Director for advice and adjustmentBe the go-to illustratorProduce creative that reflects or instills distinctive brand personalityDeliver compelling presentations to Hoyne’s clientsEnsure designers are using the agreed strategy as a basis for creative and design development
Requirements:Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in the property market (not essential)Exceptional illustrative skills. This must be your strength!Demonstrated experience in brochure and brand identity design and rolloutStrong presentation skills, the ability to confidently articulate the vision our clientsA solid understanding of marketing for commercial outcomesA creative talent with a proven track record of delivering large scale brand identity programsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA strong working knowledge of design software & creative technology
