The Senior Multimedia and Graphic Designer is responsible
for development and design across digital platforms including website,
mobile, social media, display, EDM, presentations, game day and event big
screen content, advertising and video.
They will produce a wide range of multimedia
content including, but not limited to; animation, corporate publications,
website graphics, internal and external promotional collateral, video
graphics and editing for use across both the Football Club and Leagues Club.
Multimedia development and production
Development of high-quality
print collateral (annual reports, corporate sales documents etc)
Photography and video as required
Management of multimedia development and production
for internet and broadcast. Work ranges from advertising campaigns to
Website creation (WordPress platform, create and maintain)
and proprietary CMS platform
Animation (advance knowledge of all Adobe CC
applications and 3D)
Stadium screen motion graphics, loops, videos, TVCs
Post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial
decisions, audio and colour, and final editing.
Management of digital media requirements including
website, social media, big screen and associated content
Assist with the media production of live events and Livestream
Design of new logos and associated brand guidelines
as and when applicable
brand integrity for Cronulla Sharks, National Rugby League (where applicable)
and for organisation sponsors as required
Work creatively and collaboratively with internal and external parties
to deliver engaging and effective multimedia content
Management and systematic filing of all internal
photography, video footage and logos
The Senior Multimedia and Graphic Designer should have:
Advanced skills in:
Adobe CC - all applications
Final Cut Pro 10.0
3D animation and modelling (Maya,Cinema4D)
Operating presentation software
Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information
in a multimedia context combined
Excellent IT and programming skills, a solid
understanding of EDM build, HTML and CSS is desirable
Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design
Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
Experience in videography for media productions; including camera
operation, lighting design and equipment set up
Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
Teamwork skills as most projects require input from individuals with
Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends
Accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously
Strong written and oral communication skills
The Senior Multimedia and Graphic Designer should:
Be willing to accept responsibility and maintain confidentiality
Observe the core business hours of the Club and or the role performed
Embrace and observe the Code of Ethics for the Club
Have a willingness to work outside the designated Job Description to
assist the overall Marketing and Commercial Department
Due to the nature of the industry, work hour
flexibility will be required to ensure deadlines are met.
Weekend work will be required.
