Someone’s who’s a god of HTML and CSS and has experience working in a .Net based development team. Above all you will need to have a passion for evolving front end technologies. You will follow blogs, use StackOverflow regularly and generally have a good feel for new techniques and modern HTML and CSS technologies (Html 5, CSS3).
