The Senior Event Producer is responsible for the seamless delivery of live events and brand experiences in accordance with project timelines and objectives. You will be responsible for the management of multiple projects from initial briefings to post event evaluations as well as creating and monitoring budgets, production schedules plus managing all third party suppliers and overall account management.
To be successful in your application you will be a highly motivated & professional event producer with 5+ years experience delivering high level corporate events with an agency background.
You will be responsible for overseeing the design, production and execution within all areas of the event process including:
• Creative concept development
• Preparing project presentations
• Preparing and managing budgets
• Client and stakeholder management
• Managing all production / technical requirements
• Executing project plans
• Post event reporting
You will require a proven track record in delivering high profile events and brand experiences, have a strong AV / technical production knowledge, a flair for spacial design and display exceptional client relationship and communication skills.

to join the editorial team.
Working closely with a team of
journalists, producers and Guardian Australia’s data and interactives editor,
the editorial developer will focus primarily on building innovative and
world-class interactive features, as well as providing development support and
guidance to the editorial team. The successful candidate will also take a
proactive approach to researching new technologies, software and products, in
an effort to cement our position as leaders in the digital space.
This position would suit a highly
motivated, collaborative and quality-focused team player, adaptable to a fast
changing environment and with a flexible approach to work. Our ideal candidate
will be an expert in digital development, have a concrete understanding of
online news, and an interest in researching new technologies, software and
familiar with back-end systems and languages.
This role is being offered as a
full-time, 12-month fixed term contract.
