Key accountabilities your
role will include:
the end-to-end design process from concept development through to design
development and provision of print ready artwork
creative concepts for internal campaigns and external communication e.g. HSE
communication, call-centre engagement campaigns
with internal clients, deciphering briefs and developing creative concepts,
that meet the brief and business requirements
First and foremost we’re
seeking a gun Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be commercially aware, a team
player and driven to provide on-brief solutions to a dynamic group of clients. Degree
qualified, you’ll be able to provide a Folio that will showcase your creative
thinking across mainly print applications and be capable of telling the
strategic story behind your work.

Your Key Responsibilities;
Manage successful delivery of digital projects, working closely with clients and internal teams
Work with internal teams to scoping and define new digital projects
Create, develop and drive growth strategies with existing and new clients
Excellent communication and client facing skills, and being able to correctly identify clients needs and requirements then clearly articulate the client's vision to the internal teams
Act as the lead contact and maintain regular interaction with key clients and business partners.
Develop roadmap/project plans with the client and internal teams
Ensure all materials and requirements are gathered for the projects, from clients and suppliers
You will manage the delivery of projects through collaborative management practices
You will run project meetings and liaise closely with clients as the project progresses, so you must have strong communication skills.
You will manage the visibility of project progress internally and to our clients, maintaining high levels of transparency using our systems and processes
Maintain a friendly, clear, collaborative and open communications
Organising regular internal workshops, WIPs and ongoing communications between our clients and our teams
Manage project costs, timeliness and scope
Quality control / Quality Assurance

To be successful in this role you;
You will have excellent communication, client management, project management skills and attention to detail.

Have an advanced knowledge of best practice digital production techniques including usability principals and delivering to multi-device/platform specifications.
Are familiar with Agile/Scrum project management methodology
Have previous use of Content Management Systems (CMS)
Detailed understanding of digital strategy, trends and technology
Have a solid understanding of web projects, mobile, digital advertising and digital campaigns
Have exposure to and understand the difference in platforms/solutions for managing sites

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to drive digital business growth in the dynamic and rapidly expanding area of music subscription and streaming. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, the successful candidate will be accountable for achieving market share, user and revenue growth objectives through developing insight and strategy across existing and emerging subscription and streaming platforms, and advocating opportunities to internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a technology evangelist who is immersed in the world of digital consumption and on the front foot with emerging digital platforms. Create, develop and drive growth strategies across subscription and streaming business with market share, user and revenue accountabilities.
Act as the lead contact and maintain regular interaction with key subscription and streaming business partners.
Drive innovative content and release campaigns by integrating digital marketing best practice, social strategy optimisation and leveraging individual partner strengths.
Be immersed in new technologies and act as the SME for the subscription and streaming landscape, reacting to changes, identifying and advocating new platforms and opportunities to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain insights across business partner platforms, aiding internal stakeholders with key learnings to maximise future artist opportunities.
Assist in leading and mentoring the Digital Sales team in effective account management.
Evident passion for and absolute understanding of the digital space and emerging technologies.
Degree qualified, preferably in Business / Communications / Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of work experience with proven commercial knowledge of digital business models (preferably streaming/subscription).
Proficient in digital marketing and financial metrics.
