enthusiastic, flexible attitude, a love of teamwork and bad jokes.

Metropolis is an integrated agency with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We are looking for a driven Senior Account Manager with proven property campaign experience who can put their knowledge and training into practice with an expert team.
Our business is primarily focused on the creation of brands, campaigns, technology and environments that enable customers to engage and transact, again and again. We offer a complete range of services that ensures marketing meets sales and supports the process of customer conversion.
With a minimum of 6 years’ agency experience our ideal candidate will need bring with them knowledge of the residential property market and be able to demonstrate integrated campaign experience in an account service role. We are open to employing someone in a 4-6month contract or in a temp to perm role.

You must be a strong and confident communicator, who is client focused and results orientated. Being highly organised and a demonstrated ability to multi-task is a must. It is a very hands-on role working within a small team looking after your own established client base.
Working in a team with other experienced SAMs, this role is responsible for delivering the flow of work from assigned clients. You need to be able establish, build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Scope, design and delivery of projects to meet key milestones. Manage all aspects of projects financials to include estimation methodology and timely financial administration.
