We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in our Collingwood office.
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing high level client and staff service, administrative, secretarial and information services, including answering phone calls from clients. The position also provides high level support and assistance to our state representatives and accounts team.
You will be the voice of Quiz Meisters and often the first contact people will have with our company.
Key selection criteriaA Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or substantial experience in an administrative role and advanced skills in the use of the MS Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Excel, databases, E-mail and the Internet.

Reporting to the Digital Technology Manager, you will be seen as the UX GURU of the team. You will ensure the timely and cost effective product design, run client workshops, specify development initiatives, review the code/polishing code and delegate tasks to the UI Developers. Once delivered, you’ll have fun demonstrating your expertise by running UAT.
Be empowered to manage projects, the product’s front-end roadmap and coordinate its development with the UI Developers. You will also stay engaged by liaising with the enterprise clients who want customised products as well as internal functions such as the sales team.
To ensure your success in this critical role, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a flair for UX Design, including experience in research, and planning user experiences in a complex environment.
You may be a UX Designer, looking to step up into a leadership position, or a UI Developer, wanting to step into a UX Designer role. Either way, you’ll possess 3 + years in a commercial environment, experience designing UI for web applications, designing wireframes, site architecture diagrams, user flows and user stories. Qualifications are not essential; it’s more about your impressive portfolio of design work that will place you ahead of the competition. Likewise, previous experience as a Front-end Developer at some stage, will demonstrate your understanding of the technologies being used.
