You will be a vibrant self-starter with a demonstrated love for
music and the desire to work within the music industry. Although your core function will be to provide
exceptional assistance to the company Director with all daily tasks; this role
encompasses more than just your normal day to day EA role.
Underpinning your role will be demonstrated excellence in time management, you
will be highly organised, have the ability to adhere to systems and procedures
and be able to deal with multiple demands at once. You will be a problem
solver, lateral thinker, creative, forward thinking, and have a flexible
approach to work. You must be able to work under pressure and meet strict
deadlines. This is a rare opportunity for a committed multi-tasking
professional to work dynamically in a fast paced environment. A positive 'can
do" attitude, emotional maturity, enthusiasm, a good sense of humour and a
strong professional ethic is crucial.
Ideally you will be polished, confident and outgoing, have a
high level of personal maturity and be willing to assist whenever necessary.
This role is not your typical 9 to 5, you must be willing to occasionally work
outside of office hours.
You will have a tertiary education, previous
EA experience, preferably music industry experience but not essential; have a
love of music and an interest in pursuing a career the music industry. Advanced
computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are essential.
