*Strong experience in the sector, including previous leadership experience
*Demonstrate experience in managing and motivating staff
*Cultural respect and understanding of issues facing culturally diverse and disadvantaged communities
*Demonstrated ability to build operational sustainability and experience of financial planning and management
*Ability to build strategic working relationships and partnerships
*Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent job related experience
