You love working in a fast-paced, varied and integrated design team and you naturally collaborate with other creatives, project managers, developers and producers on design briefs, creative briefs and pitches.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver sophisticated, elegant and engaging creative solutions to briefsWork closely with developers to ensure your creative solutions are "bug-free" and accurateChampion utility and user-experienceUnderstand the potential (and limitations) of new technologies and make recommendations when appropriate for client briefsArticulate your rationales and engage in productive debate around alternative solutionsContribute to Tech Team Hackathons and share learnings with the agencyPersonally craft work to ensure high quality of executionProvide thoughtful input into estimates and aim to manage time responsibly and timesheet dailyCommunicate regularly with Project Managers and Traffic and respect meeting times and deadlinesHigh level of experience briefing and collaborating with offshore dev teamsMentoring less experienced/junior members of the teamPresenting to directors and the senior management team
Technical Skills & Experience10+ years commercial agency experience and accompanying comprehensive portfolio of workAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteBasic code - HTML, CSS, JSFamiliarity with Google suite of productivity toolsMobile application interfacesWeb banners and rich media (interactive html banners)Retouching and concept visualisationKnowledge of CMS for Wordpress & SquarespaceMotion experience (Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro/After Effects) not essential but would be highly regarded
