We’re after a wordsmith with 7 years’ experience who specialises in warmth, bounce and wit to lead tone of voice and write copy across digital (including eDMs, Facebook, instagram, blogs, SEO), catalogues and print.
You’ll be spearheading creative with our brilliant and flat-out lovely Art Director, taking ownership of ideation and able to brief in, and collaborate with, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical teams.
A blend of creative copywriting and strategic marketing, you’ll be on top of trends in fashion, homewares and gifting, and have a commercial brain that finds the shop-able angle in every great idea.
It’s also handy if you’ve got a grounding in UX and strong awareness of customer journey from acquisition all the way through the checkout process and beyond.
Flair, humour and idea generation are essential in this role, as is the ability to manage your own workload across multiple daily deadlines. Being a small team full of good humans, you’ll need to be one of those, too – respectful of what everyone brings to the table and quick to throw your hat in when needed.

We are looking for a Digital/Content Copywriter to play an important role in the conception and writing of beautiful ideas, products and services.
Working as part of a Creative Team you will bring with you exceptional creative thinking, and approach all briefs with the goal of delivering best-in-class work.
You will come from either a Digital Content/Social background with a flair for writing beautiful copy, or from a traditional Copy background with a strong understanding of the Digital Content/Social space.
As an agency, we do a mix of content work ranging across Video, Social, Platform & Product.
While comfortable concepting and writing for all digital channels, you will have strong experience in concepting and scripting for shoots as this is an area we are doing a lot of work in at the moment.
