Digital Designer - Junior

The Role.
Your an amazingly talented Junior Digital Designer.
You'll be working under our Digital Guru and with the design team, along with the best of the best web developers at your side and backed by a great client services and management team.
We're after someone who can demonstrate great concept design a creative portfolio of work - and you not only have the design skills, but you also like to come up with the big ideas as well.
> 1-2 Years of experience
> You're passionate about all design and you're a designer first and foremost
> You have big ideas and like to add your creative spark to every job
> You're a good communicator with a friendly approachable attitude
> The ability to work to tight deadlines and work fast
> We pandas are a tight bunch and work close together on every project, so the ability to work in a team is key
> Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. After Effects will be a bonus as well
> A knowledge of, or desire to learn more about web standards, how HTML/CSS, Flash and JavaScript interaction methods work
> Your work is creative, to-spec, pixel-perfect and properly layered, ready for the dev teams
> You take direction well and have an eagerness and willingness to learn
That Little extra.
You might bring that little extra to the role in terms of skills and experience, such as;
Photography, After Effects animations, illustration, Tshirt design, music design - anything that shows additional creative flair and spirit.
