Digital Creative/Art Director

Marmalade Melbourne is looking for a talented and experienced senior Digital Creative/Art Director.
We are looking for someone who has had experience working on large scale projects covering multiple digital platforms.
We also need someone who is doesn't mind putting the hard yards in and is dedicated to managing the digital creative until completion.
Other attributes we are looking for are:
- The ability to create inspiring and challenging conceptual ideas for clients that work in a truly integrated way, both online and offline.
- Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking
- Come up with the best creative solution achieved within budget
- Work as a team with the Copywriters and Designers
- Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
- Work to Brand guidelines
- Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
- Provide direction to Designers on how concepts will be delivered.
