Communication
- Create and send out EDM’s for all brands
- Manage and update the social media function across all brands
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure external communications are consistent with current promotions and to generate new and innovative content
- Manage and update our social media
- Relevant departments are kept informed of all digital communications components that may affect brand cohesion and consistency at all times
- Collation and creation of content for use in communications
- Development issues management
Web Content Management
- Setting up and actioning the online components of sales, promotions and competitions
- Liaise with merchandise team with product ranging for website
- Collation of company wide content for use on the websites
- Update product information
- Produce, generate and review promotional performance and sales reporting
- Maintain files and records for new products
- Update website with any events and ticket changes
- New ideas explored and utilised to bring innovation into all businesses; keeping ahead of direct competitors
- All web text information is correct, and emails are being sent to desired recipients
- Web statistics are readily available for future web direction reference
- Web data maintenance:
- Research and upload photos and descriptions for web
- Allocate accessories and substitutes for accessories
- All projects are completed within timeframes set
- Regularly update store listings, web text information, email recipients and web statistics
Artwork and Graphics
- Create, adapt and develop graphic design elements for the web
- Add new and exciting dimension to the various web promotions through new and innovative ideas and solutions
- All design elements are created ensuring consistency, thoroughness, and accuracy to brief given, with a high level of attention to detail meeting timeframes set
- Timely upload of all artwork commitments to the web
- Ensure 100% commitment to brand integrity at all times in relation to creation of artwork with consideration to the customer profile
- Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines at all times
- Ensure developers are aware and commit to deadlines set
- Ensure web development meets required standard prior to launch
- Resolve all development issues with suppliers in a timely and cost effective manner
- Each brand easily identifiable with distinct signature to differentiate between them, with all brand guidelines adhered to
