Who you are?
This Account Executive is a self motivated, organized and detail oriented customer service professional. They will help to manage existing accounts and support our digital content systems. They will also grow business by supporting the wider Getty Images’ sales teams to close Media Manager, image.net and Connect sales - Getty internal products. Plus drive negotiations of these products such as production services, feature enhancements, and other incremental revenue opportunities.
Lead and manage client implementation projects of online digital asset management systems from start to finish by extracting key information to understand client business requirements, workflow, and pain points.
Develop close working relationships with clients, both at the executive sponsor level and with day-to-day administrative users. Provide follow-up training and guidance on best practices, by overseeing client projects where necessary and recognizing opportunities to introduce additional or special for-fee services.
Support pre-sales activity when required, by providing subject matter expertise and guidance on potential solutions.
Report and track system issues and feature requests. Liaise with development team and product managers through established channels. Report status and resolution to clients.
Consistently review the assigned account base to look for new revenue opportunities and make necessary recommendations and changes that may result in increased account activity. This includes being aware of contract status and renewal timelines and work with internal sales colleagues to renew contracts.
Responsible for understanding the entire Getty Images product suite and identifying opportunities to partner with other areas of the business, working cross-functionally to achieve goals.
Assist clients with production services such as uploading of assets, captioning, and organizing of their material when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) essential any other language desirable
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a customer service and/or technical role, preferably within an Internet Services and/or hosted application environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required
Demonstrable experience of client facing relationships, including the ability to train online or in person
Knowledge of relational database and web technologies required; experience with digital asset management (DAM), content management (CM), or marketing resource management (MRM) technology preferred
Basic project management skills and presentation abilities
High level of computer literacy and skill in web technologies, metadata modelling, MS Office (Excel especially), Photoshop
Able to build rapport with client contacts and understand their business direction by understanding medium- to long-term goals in the area of digital asset management
Proven success at work collaboratively with sales & internal colleagues
Experience of delivering for-fee technical projects
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
