Foxtel has a great opportunity for a Cross Promotions Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment to join the team at our head office in North Ryde. In this role you will be responsible for managing the end to end flow of cross promo materials (from procurement to broadcast) across multiple channels currently being broadcast by FOXTEL.

You will need to be highly organised, as your typical day will see you:
Creating and managing campaign schedules in BCC
Managing promotions campaigns including: processing bookings, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing success of completed campaigns in order to constantly improve outcomes, and report on campaign results so as to ensure all relevant team members are updated
Providing support in the management of the compile production and distribution processes
Liaising with Channels in relation to the procurement of cross promo materials
Coordinating corresponding with channels in relation to changes / amendments for either current or future campaigns
Coordinating with the Broadcast Operations team so as to ensure the correct cross promos are ready to go to air
Managing ad-hoc and scheduled administrative tasks
To be successful in this position, you are likely to have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline;
3+ years of experience in a similar position;
Television advertising sales experience will be highly regarded;
Working knowledge of BCC, MediaWise, L&J Ad Quest Etam and Paradigm;
Advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
