We are seeking a creative leader, strategist, and design
guru to lead our team in all areas of digital design, account management and

a talented team of designers and account managers who work with a number of
savvy and passionate developers to produce high quality digital projects.
We are looking for someone who will hit the ground running
through their strong leadership, excitement for vision, relatability and
10+ years’ experience in the commercial design
Proven leadership experience
Track record of casting vision and motivating a team
of designers or creatives
Experience developing and discussing strategy
Strong experience pitching designs or concepts
to clients to meet a brief
Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop,
Illustrator and InDesign
Awareness of emerging trends in the digital (web
and mobile) and print spheres
Extensive experience designing for web and for
A bent for business that means you always work
to improve innovation, efficiency, quality and profitability
Proven record of working to and meeting
important milestones and deadlines
A capacity to manage and meet client
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
Plan, create and present creative solutions and
concepts that exceed client expectations, drive brand engagement and are at the
cutting edge of design and technology
Lead and mentor a team to work towards client
expectations, business goals and producing creative that is exceptional at

Content. It's the lifeblood of the interwebs, it takes many forms and if we know one thing for sure, it's what brands are hungry for more and more of it.
At REBORN we don't just do content by slapping a logo on a stock image and call it a day. We want to be able to hang our hats on each bit of content that goes out the door which means that it not only has to be entertaining, it must also be high quality and efficient.
Are you able to create great looking static and video content in a heartbeat? Can you adapt budgets to squeeze the maximum content-juice out of them? Are you a creative problem solver?
Whether it be always on, campaigns or pitches - you're a true creative at heart and have the ability to not only view your ideas from the target audiences' perspective, but consistently strive to identify and explore new ways of bringing them to life.
You'll spend the day concepting nuggets of brilliance on paper, then getting out there with camera in hand bringing it to life.
