You will have:
Experience in box office, cash handling and ticketing
Experience in managing and training staff
Ability to pick up database training efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills
A team player mentality
A love for music and the arts
The role:
Ticketing - Sales, Marketing and Implementation
Inventory management
Training and Mentoring Staff
Customer Service
Reporting
