Who are we?
We’re Two Tractors. We’re
an advertising, content and production business. We’re growing, loving life and
we have a great team of committed people.
Two Tractors is the
brainchild of two guys who worked together in a multi-national agency for 15
years, became great mates and realised that each had a skillset that
complemented the other. We’re experts in our space and believe our clients
benefit not only from our knowledge but also our enthusiasm, our positivity and
our willingness to act as a true partner.
Our team is absolutely
awesome. They work together, learn from one another and help each other out
when we’re under the pump.
We’re working with great
brands and agencies delivering everything from TVCs to internal comms.
So who do we need?
You’re going to need a
broad range of skills for this gig. You'll be designer and finished artist on the standard print work of
brochures etc but you’ll also need logo development skills. Web design skills would also be handy. You’re a typography
nut (every designer says they are but
you actually are). Most importantly,
you’re interested in the evolution of design from static applications to moving
applications. We produce a high quantity of motion graphics pieces for clients.
Your grasp of typography, iconography, colour and texture will make you an
important contributor to this process. If motion design is an area of interest,
you’ll have the opportunity to grow this skillset.
You’ve got high
attention to detail, you’re motivated and able to self manage (we don’t
micromanage our staff). You’re experienced enough to roll with the punches
without dropping your bundle (yes, some projects will entail 15 rounds of
changes when a client changes their mind – that’s the business we’re in).
When you’re a Tractor…
We look after you. Our
studio is a cool space in Richmond with polished concrete floors, white brick
and natural light. There’s abundant street parking nearby or – if you ride a
bike – rack storage in the office. We have an endless supply of snacks, killer
coffee and we put on lunch every Friday. Friday is also themed music playlist
day. Some of Melbourne’s best-known cafes are only minutes walk away. Your Mac
will be top shelf and you’ll have flexibility in your hours.
Shoot me your
resume/portfolio. This role is in the $45k - $60k range depending on the
person. We’re looking to kick off in late June.
