Account Manager

Moon is looking for a talented, experienced Account Manager to join our team.
Moon creates powerful brand and retail experiences for the new consumer landscape, delivering across all campaign, digital and physical touch-points. Our clients include Westfield, Sunglass Hut, and Vodafone.
The Role
- Handles day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records etc.) under the direction of Group Account Director and delights Clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work
- Develops a thorough understanding of Clients business
- Writes campaign briefs under the supervision of the Senior Account Director
- Ensures that Clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed
- Is hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge
- Develops a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative work on his assignments
- Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the team to deliver quality work faster and cheaper
- Talks up the accounts and the work
- Works with peers across departments & disciplines to apply best Account Service practice

Your Experience
- At least 2 years as an Account Manager within an agency environment
- Degree qualified
- Good financial skills to ensure budget estimates and time deliverables are adhered to agreed briefs
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage workflows and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels and personalities
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task
- A calm and positive attitude with excellent tenacity and initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
