Account Manager – Environmental Design

Frost*Design is looking for a dynamic and creative Account Manager to join our Environments team. The AM will work across a range of environmental projects through their life cycle from strategy and concept design to documentation and construction. Projects include branding and environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding, architecture and interior design.
We require someone with an interest in design applied throughout the built environment, architecture and/or interior design, keen to develop a strong understanding of the processes and functionality associated with the planning for and development of signage and environmental graphics. We are looking for a creative thinker who is enthusiastic about assisting in the management of projects and clients. We are an award-winning creative consultancy looking for the right person to join us and complement our team.
ROLE
- Reports to the Head of Environments and Account Director and is primarily responsible for supporting the HOE and AD in the management and delivery of multiple projects.
- Is a core part of the project management team and is responsible for liaison with clients at most levels to ensure clear communication, timely responses and effective delivery on agreed client expectation.
- Usually responsible for the development of estimates and proposals (with the support of appropriate production and creative resources), timelines, project plans, contact reports, billing and invoicing. May also be involved in developing presentations, attending workshops and being a support to the account management team overall with new business.
