Social Garden was founded in 2013 and is a pioneer in the new and disruptive revenue performance management industry that utilizes emerging marketing automation technology and data to scale organisational EBITA and revenue.
With 10-20% month on month growth for 3.5 consecutive years, we are looking for an Experienced Digital Account Director to develop client strategies while managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise accounts.
You will be responsible for supporting our enterprise clients in generating revenue through digital channels and will provide strategic consultation on their migration to the marketing cloud.
Work with our leadership team to streamline account service processes
Mentor and support junior account executives
Work with c-suite to develop and optimise client strategy
Consistently achieve revenue management targets
Keep project management software (Basecamp) up to date at all times
Keep CRM up to date at all times (Salesforce)
Wine and dine our key clients
Attributes and Abilities
Understanding of enterprise analytics and audience segmentation
Self motivated and a commitment to personal development (we love reading and sharing knowledge within our team)

You know at least one of our core markets like the back of your hand (property, education, finance or B2B)
Strong ability to identify and solve problems within the client’s customer journey

Bachelor's degree or higher
Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition plans
Experience working with the marketing cloud - Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce or similar (preferred, not essential)
A minimum 2 years experience working in a senior sales/strategy role with enterprise accounts (or equivalent client side experience)
Experience managing $m+ budgets
Minimum 5 years working in an enterprise marketing environment
