strong growth and continues to evolve with the market at a rapid pace. Given
the dynamic nature of the digital world, the e-Commerce environment is in an
exciting phase of development and its dedicated team is expected to embrace
change, show initiative, and develop new processes to enable this growth.
An exciting leadership opportunity has become available within the
e-Commerce division for a passionate and driven e-Commerce Manager. This role
will be responsible for executing the strategic planning and coordination of
the e-Commerce activities in Australia and will be accountable for the
e-business in terms of revenue growth, margin, marketing spend & brand
awareness, business development, supervision of distribution logistics and
customer care service levels. As such, the ideal candidate must be commercially
driven whilst being operationally proficient and able to work effectively in a
matrix environment. It is also critical for this role to establish consumer
trust in shopping on GUCCI.com and delivering an experience that befits a

Manage and build strong relationships with key clients, helping to
grow their businesses and becoming the trusted point of contact.
Lead creative projects from start-to-finish
Write and brief agency teams on relevant client opportunities
Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about
the current work status of their projects.
Work closely with the Creative Director and the Production team to
ensure that projects are correctly resourced and are executed on time and on
Support Account Director in scoping, budgeting and writing new
business proposals and contracts.
2+ years agency experience in account service
