In this position I am responsible for the design of several consumer and trade magazines. It involves managing multiple deadlines at once, image research and touching up. In addition to the magazines I also work on advertising and marketing pieces.
At Penguin I was given the opportunity to work on an array of lifestyle publications. This involved doing research and brainstorming for new briefs, to redesigning existing covers for conversion from hard cover to soft cover, to attending photoshoots and even hand drawing type for a wedding book.
