Tiliqua Studio offers dedicated co-work studio pods. Located in St Peters in the heart of Marrickville Council's proposed Arts/Design precinct the studio has been newly renovated and is light filled. It is about 5 min walk from St Peters station and less than 10 min walk from the cool end of King St, Newtown. The studio also has a space leased to printmakers with etching and relief presses and, subject to negotiation, you may be able to access this too. Get the buzz of a small studio environment but remain your own boss. The studio is ideal for all flavours of communication design professional and associated professions.
The printmakers workshop has a number of additional spaces available for short and longer term rent. Ideal for relief, etching, drypoint and mezzo tint printmakers. Lithography and screenprinting not currently available.
Price includes utilities (electricity & water) and fortnightly cleaners.
These are NOT excess capacity in a larger office (so you won't be booted out when works picks up).
