The forum celebrates raw innovation and emerging talent, featuring the Creative3 Investment Marketplace – Australia’s only dedicated pitching session for creative businesses.

Selected creative businesses will have the chance to pitch their business ideas to a panel of industry and business experts. The applicant who is judged to have the best business idea by the panel will win a creative business prize valued at $100,000 (terms and conditions apply)

The winner will be announced at the Creative3 closing session on 28 October 2011.

Creative3 Investment Marketplace is open to Australian-based creative entrepreneurs and businesses with an innovative creative idea that has market potential.

Upload your creative pitch!

Creative businesses and entrepreneurs can enter the Creative3 Investment Marketplace by submitting a creative 3 minute video pitch on-line or via an application form through this website.

This creative pitch needs to communicate:

•your creative business idea
•your market and its potential size
•your management capability
•how much investment you need to raise.

Creative businesses can upload videos on this website from 9.00 a.m. 14th September until 5.00 pm 10 October 2011 with a short covering application form.

How should I prepare the pitch video?

1. You can make a direct to web cam presentation. Our web based uploader will allow this.

2. You can put your video on Metacafe http://www.metacafe.com/ or Photobucket http://photobucket.com/ and add a link to it

3. You can upload a video file. The system should process most common video file formats including .flv, .asf, .qt, .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv, .mp4, .m4v, .3gp Please ensure that your video playback time does not exceed three minutes, and your originating source video file size is kept to a minimum.

What else do I need to know?

As well as uploading your creative video pitch, you will also need to complete a short application form which includes your contact information, ABN, about your creative business idea and your perceived benefits of entering the Creative3 Investment Marketplace.

All applications will be reviewed by an independent panel. Creative businesses may be required to respond to questions from the panel regarding their application, business outline and summary pitch.

Please make sure your nominated contact person is available by phone or email during office hours in case a panel member wishes to discuss your application.

Selected finalists will be advised by 17 October 2011.

Selected finalists will be required to submit their business plan outline (max 15 pages), financials and final presentation files by 21 October 2011
