Hi there

My name is Benita Eldridge, I'm a 27 year old Communication Design graduate living in Melbourne, Australia.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn towards all things creative. Not knowing which career path to take but only that I wanted to turn my passion for creativity into a profession, I began by completing a Diploma of Visual Arts where I was lucky enough to experiment with most mediums including painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and sculpture.

Through my professional experience at the National Office of Shingle Inn Cafés where I have worked for over 8 years (2 of those as Marketing Coordinator), i was introduced to the field of design and it was here that i decided to further my studies. I chose Communication Design at QUT Brisbane graduated in 2010.

With a growing collection of fashion magazines and blog subscriptions, I have developed a love for fashion illustration, jewellery design and photography and draw inspiration from countless artists, illustrators, designers and photographers.

My aim is to use my existing professional experience and knowledge acquired through my degree in Communication Design to pursue a career that combines both design and marketing.
