Senior Digital Account Manager

We are searching for an experienced digital account service professional for one of Sydney’s best small/medium full service ad agencies. What we love about this agency is their culture and environment. In addition, management are fair, reasonable and have a healthy sense of humour. This is a great agency to work in and as a result, it experiences a high retention rate.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for the profitable and punctual delivery of allocated digital projects, as well as the effective management and development of client accounts.
The ideal candidate is likely to come from a digital agency and has a good technical background and is an expert at leading and inspiring clients. You may be a Digital Producer or Digital Project Manager at the moment, looking to break in to a pure account management role.
Responsibilities:
•Briefing production studio on design/production jobs
•Formatting job estimates in conjunction with production
•Briefing of/liaison with third parties and suppliers in conjunction with production
•On-going reporting on project/campaign activity
•Monthly invoicing for client accounts
Required knowledge / experience:
•Digital production processes
•Information architecture
•Online marketing and advertising techniques
•Online media and scheduling
•Social media channels and processes
•Search engine optimisation (SEO) processes
•Search engine marketing (SEM)
Skills:
•Ability to prioritise tasks and workloads
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong presentation skills
•Attention to detail
•Self-motivated team player
•Enthusiasm and dedication
•A passion for the digital product
