Client Services Director - Digital Agency
New position. Wonderful opportunity to lead the account service team in this growing digital agency.
In this day and age everyone is busy and time poor. People are too busy ‘doing the doing’ and don’t have enough time to think strategically. Cut to: the reason for the creation of this role.
We are looking for an exceptional client service professional who can enhance the capabilities of the existing client service team.
Someone who:
- gives clear direction to internal teams on how to manage their client and team better and think more strategically
- inspires, mentors and guides
- can write fantastic presentations and knows how to work a room
- demonstrates how to build better relationships and get more business from existing clients
The role is not a new business development position but you would be expected to be out at meetings helping the team to be more effective. This role reports directly to the MD and will be respected as one of the key managers in the business to help drive the vision and increase revenues.
The existing client service team are a fantastic bunch; they’re smart, they’re all over digital and they’re hard working, yet know how to have a good time (photos can be supplied). They have had great success to date and have kept a lot of clients very happy but they’d really benefit from a senior mentor and director to help take them to greater heights.
We're keen to talk to strategically focused, senior client service professionals from agency land. You don’t necessarily have to be from a digital agency but you would obviously need to understand digital and how it fits into the greater scheme of things. What we’re looking for is a charismatic and digitally savvy individual with solid management experience who is a good mentor and an influencer of change. If you believe you can bring a sense of empowerment to a team and you are comfortable discussing world trends in an executive environment but can also let your hair down from time to time and have a bit of fun, we would love to hear from you.
