Originally from Northern Ireland and based in Belfast, Alan studied and gained his first years of experience as a designer and multimedia artist working with a number of studios, artists and clients on a wide range of projects involving branding, graphic design, motion graphics, audio-visual installation and performance, digital and web design.
Feeling the need to explore the world and find a new challenge, he then made the move overseas and is now based in Australia where he has worked for the last 7 years as a Senior Art Director, dealing with a large number of high profile Australian clients and various boutique projects.
Alan is passionate about his work and the challenge every new brief brings. He loves the creative process and collaborating with other like-minded people to find unique and innovative solutions to his clients needs.
He has received a number of advertising and design awards and has been included in a range of publications and blog’s including Desktop Magazine, Adnews, B&T magazine and Best Ads On TV.
With a knowledge base that covers a wide range of disciplines including Art Direction, Design, Web design, Animation, 3D design and Illustration, he has gained significant experience to deal with any type of problem and has the skills to produce highly crafted, award winning-work.
