I graduated from Shanxi University, China, in 2003 with a BA (Honour)
in Graphic Design. From 2005 to 2007, I was trained in Dublin Institute
of Technology in Professional Design Practice.

I started my career in H.C. China as a graphic designer assistant in which
my main responsibilities were to liaise with clients to ensure their ideas
were effectively transferred to the team and became a visual product.

Then, I worked as personal assistance to Marketing Director in THE CHINA
TIMES, where I actively participated in organizing the 11 and 12th TIMES
YOUNG CREATIVE AWARDS.

After that, I joined the Total Printing Solution Ltd. Co in Ireland as an
graphic designer assistant. I also worked as a freelance interpreter for
public service in Ireland.

September 2011- December 2011, I was working for Web Embrace Pty Ltd.
as a graphic design internship in Sydney. And I was responsible for web
design, newsletter design, logo design etc.

Over the past few years, I believe a successful graphic designer requires
not only a blend of creativities and abilities to provide an out-of-the-box
design solution but also smart thinking, teamwork, and the capability to
work in a deadline-driven environment. I am comfortable to work in a
team as well as cross-team and enjoy working with other creative
professionals to generate innovative design ideas. Also, I’m able to
work under pressure to tight deadlines and ensure the work is produced
at the highest level.
