About Performance Job Advertising

Don't waste money on attracting irrelevant candidates for a job. On The Loop you only pay for creative candidates that fit your search criteria.

What is Performance Job Advertising?

Performance Advertising is a completely new way to find talent where you decide how much you want to pay for recruitment. Unlike traditional Ads, with a Performance Ad, you only get charged for each applicant that passes the filter questions. When you have received as many applicants as you requested OR the closing date is reached, your Ad will be removed from the site.

Great for dipping your toe into the ever-growing talent pool.

Tip: the best way to ensure you only pay for the best applicants is to ensure the filter questions are very specific.

Note: you'll only receive applicants that pass your filter questions, and not a full list of all those that applied for the job. 

What does it cost?

That really depends on how many successful applicants you want.

The Cost Per Applicant is 1 credit. So if you are only looking to shortlist 3 successful applicants the most you can ever pay for your job Ad is $30.

By purchasing a credit pack you will save.

Credits are valid for 12 months.

Payments (Paypal / Invoicing)

You can purchase credits in three ways.

 1. Paypal

 2. Credit Card

 3. Invoice

So how does it work?

1. Dates: Select start and stop date for your Performance Ad.

2. Applicants: Select the amount of successful applicants you would like, i.e. I want to receive 10 successful applicants based on my filter questions.

3. Questions: I want 5 applicants who;

  • Have 5 years experience in Design
  • Are advanced users of Photoshop
  • Have prior film industry experience
  • Are eligible to work in Australia now


4. Publish: Preview and Upload.

What if people lie when answering filter questions?

If you feel that a person has misrepresented their skills during the filter process please let us know via email sales@theloop.com.au.

We'll refund the Cost Per Applicant fee and give that person a warning. Repeat offenders will have their profiles cancelled. 

Do Performance Ads have the same features at Traditional Ads?

Yes, Performance have the same features as Standard Ads including:

  • Jobs being posted immediately on our jobs board
  • Included in email alerts
  • You can edit, extend or delete jobs at any time
  • You can manage and shortlist candidates via The Loop Applicant Management System.
  • We notify you by email when people apply
  • You can respond to all applicants in one go

 

How do I get started?

To post your first creative job Ad on The Loop  simply Register then go to the jobs tab in your profile and click 'Post A Job'.
