About Filtering Applicants

Reduce the amount of time you spend sifting through large volumes of applications that aren’t what you’re looking for via The Loop’s filter system.

How does it work?

You can filter applicants in three easy steps:

  • Write four YES/NO filter questions relating to your job Ad, e.g. are you eligible to work in Australia?
  • Apply a percentage pass rate to the correct YES/NO answer for each question,  where the total of all questions equals 100%.
  • Apply a % pass rate

Once activated, each applicant must answer filter questions when they apply for your Ad. Candidates whose answers exceed the pass rate are automatically put in your candidate shortlist. Those that don’t are put in a generic list, if you've posted a Full Time, Freelance or a Internship Ad.

How much does it cost?

It’s FREE to filter applicants on The Loop

What if people lie when answering filter questions?

If you feel that a person has misrepresented their skills please report their profile by clicking the report button on their profile or let us know via email at info@theloop.com.au.

We'll give them a warning. Repeat offenders will have their profiles cancelled.

How do I get started?

You set filter questions when you post a Full Time, Freelance or Internship Job Ad.

To post your first creative job Ad on The Loop  simply Register then go to the jobs tab in your profile and click 'Post A Job'.
