This role is within the Faculty of Engineering at the University, and my duties include video production, photography, print design, web design and creative direction.

Interning at ATF has been an incredibly rewarding and enriching experience for me. I learn so much about type design, I am developing my own new typeface, and I often help the director with commercial projects the Foundry is working on. Using FontLab Studio, I help with type design, font construction, hinting, kerning, metrics and font generation.

The role of a Producer is an extremely varied one, and in this role I have many duties, including: researching and organising content for air; writing introductions and scripts; sourcing current news updates; co-ordinating (often high profile) guests; managing phone calls; briefing the presenter; chasing stories; writing leads; updating blogs; shooting photos and video; recording and editing; on-air discussions; and multi-track mixing to create promotional material.

In this role, I worked in a small multimedia team creating videos, interactive apps, books, posters and marketing material for this charity organisation.

Duties as Receptionist include assertive, interpersonal conduct; managing online, over- the-phone and in-person listener enquiries and complaints; co-ordinating studio bookings; composing community service announcements; creating and updating website content.
