Co-ordination of the transfer of a European tour of a play from France to London's West End.

Being a Stage Door Officer was a wonderful opportunity to gain a real insight into the operations of a larger commercial performing arts centre at QPAC. As the central communications point for four theatres my punctuality and aptitude for detail were paramount for the fluid daily operations on 'first point of call' basis. Liaising with visiting company management and artists, the distribution of mail, phone calls and emails, photocopying duties, liaising with VIP's and scheduling their car parks, visitor reception cover and security and safety awareness for a government building, were only some of the daily tasks I undertook. In many respects, it was sometimes like reception; receiving enquiry calls from patrons and customers as the main switchboard and forwarding them.
